Theoretical meltdown

Finally got the books for the course and can begin study for real. I feel lost. The theory part goes through my eyes and disappear to some uncharted dimension inside my brain. Hopefully there will be some light bulbs illuminating the dark sides of my mind.

Another thing is that I finished setting up my Ipod. Now it contains above 3000 songs...and there is no chance ever to listen to all of them before it goes back to zero when the power is out. Funny enough only 1200 or so is really good and probably another 1000 just fine while the rest is just crap. I don't know why I just don't take them away. Not strange if you think that I still have things that I used for some paper in high school somewhere around here. Just in case I would need it some day (like that ever will happen). (as a side note I actually got some use for it).

Technical problems

Today in the news it is reported that some cellphones don't work in extreme cold or heat. Or more precisely, Nokias new phones only can take temperature between +15 - +35 C. That's 59 - 95 Fahrenheit for the Americans. Point is Nokia is a Finish corporation and Finland is more to the north than Sweden. Talk about turning ones back on the original custumors.

Also I realised I'm quite adicted to chocolate and coca-cola. Not good.

Today I realized how much I miss summer. I'm looking out my window and see it snowing. Funny enough during the summer I always look to the winter cause it is to warm. Never happy really. Best is probably early autumn and late spring. Warm, but not to warm and very often the trees are at there best with either red and yellow or green...It really is kinda boring around here. Doesn't seem to be to much to report as back in Washington. Or maybe everything doesn't need to be reported as happened during the autumn.

Remember the Good Times

Having a trip down memory lane while watching National Treasure. Even though it is a very awkward movie (come on, shooting the person holding the map so it is destroyed while surely give them the treasure) it's fun to see Philadelphia and Washington and think to myself that I've been there. Same goes for Always Sunny in Philadelphia. When I saw the opening for the show I just laughed.

Another one of those funny moments occurred yesterday as I was zapping trough the channels and I stumbled upon Svt1, where they showed Winnie the Pooh. In Frankenpooh. Damned, I just laughed. The nostalgia kick went very high then. Everyone should see that episode at least once. Combine it also with this and the whole episode is shown in a new light.

Tomorrow it's back to school. Soon everything will be back to normal again. Except that on Tuesday Barack Obama becomes the new President...and I'm not in Washington when it happens. I was there during the election but I'm missing out on the big thing. I can feel a bit dissatisfaction about it, but I can at least comfort myself with some Swedish chocolate. Mmmm...tasty.

What you're living for?

Been a while now. This will not probably become a day to day writing. Actually have other things to do. Been in Karlstad for 2 weeks now and it turned into a boring wait for the school to start. I spent 3 days last week sitting in the library reading some books just to do something else than sitting by myself. This week turned more into the other thing.

Lot of time spent on fixing my Itunes library that got erased somehow. Twice. I really need the class to start on Monday. I'm bored out of my skull. All games at my disposal I've already played and finished, all books been read at least once and we shall not speak about the movies. I need a life.

A New Beginning

Alright, so this is my second blogg. The problem with the other one was that my relatives did know about it. This is to avoid self-censure (in most cases).

So, after 5 months I'm back in Karlstad. Nothing to do for 2 weeks. What to do, what to do. Well, I decided that today was the day I went to the University to speak to my professor. Was he there? No. So what did I do? I visited the library and thank god, there where my friends. This is around 9:30 so what did I do for the rest of the day? I sat in the library reading another ones book for a project he was doing because I was bored.

Disturbingly enough I found the book intresting, even though it was from 1991. An obvious proof on that I studied for to long without a long break.
