The Mysterious Cities of Gold - S3E24 - The Chaldean Desert

How come there is always a crescent mountain range or something like that?

Mendoza has to partake in a duel with the champion of the beduins on the condition that the beduins will release them and help them look for the children and if they loose their lives are forfeit. Obviously he wins, but it sure looks like he took a beating. Meanwhile the kids are able to escape thanks to Laguerra that got wounded with the Jabbar's guards. She is allowed onboard and they go back to get the veils. Zia uses her telekinesis to get the box out of the treasure chamber guarded by the panther and Laguerra is able to whip it to the cockpit as they are shoot at by cannon fire from Jabbar's guards. Zares and Gaspard escapes on the airship while the kids and Laguerra speeds off.

When they open the box while camping for the night there is only one veil with a serpent embroidered on it so they are still missing one. Although, I would guess that the veil have two faces. During the night they are awaken by the beduins and Mendoza that found them using the flying machines, and during the morning they travel back to the beduin camp. It's also revealed that the beduins are the decendant to the people that took the veils from Akkad and that they have connections to Mu since their flying machines are described in Tao's book. Meanwhile Gaspard have informed Ambrosius that the Mu-pyramid have started up for some reason.

The documentary was about the classic Iranian training as well as ice houses they created to store ice from the mountains. A bit like the Gerudo place in Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
